The two sisters of the 32-year-old Arben Mema, who terrorized the citizens today by trying to hit them, went to "Skënderbej" square in Tirana after the event looking for their brother. They have been aggressive with the media pushing cameramen and journalists. They attacked KosovaPress cameraman, Selim Latifi who was at the scene and broadcast everything LIVE. Police have identified the perpetrator as a 32-year-old, with the initials A.M., who from the verifications made, is suspected to have been under the effect of narcotics. Also, during the physical control, a quantity of suspected cannabis was found and seized from this person.
