The institutions responsible for the conduct of the electoral process say that they protect the vote of the citizens and for this they stated that they have made all the necessary preparations for the election day to go well. This was announced in an inter-institutional meeting between the Central Election Commission (CEC), the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP), the State Prosecutor's Office, the Kosovo Judicial Council, the Independent Media Commission and the NGO Coalition, who coordinated about the election process that will be held on 14 February. The Chairperson of the Central Election Commission, Valdete Daka stated that despite the fact that the CEC has the main burden for organizing the electoral process, inter-institutional cooperation aims to conduct the electoral process in accordance with the law and to react when the integrity of elections and the right to vote. Although the time for organizing the early elections of February 14 is short, Daka assured all citizens that the electoral process will be organized according to the Constitution and applicable laws.
