10 deaths and 705 new cases of COVID-19
10 deaths and 705 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours. This was announced by the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK). During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with RT-PCR method, as well as public and private laboratories with RAT method, were tested a total of 3,922 samples taken from UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 705 cases resulted positive.
The total number of positive cases is 83,717 cases out of 393,713 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,786. During the last 24 hours, 522 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 69,123 cases, while the number of active cases is 12,808.
