A new nursery school inaugurated in Slovia, Lipjan
On the day when the new school year started in the country, in Slovi, in Lipjan, the nursery school for the children of this village was inaugurated today.
The mayor of the municipality of Lipjan,
Imri Ahmeti, congratulating everyone on this project, said that they are
gradually building the necessary standards for better well-being for the people
of Lipjan.
Meanwhile, the deputy head of the UNICEF
Office in Kosovo, Larissa Bruun, said that in Kosovo there is a general
commitment to early education, that's why, as she said, she feels happy to be
part of this cooperation with the municipality of Lipjan.
"It's wonderful to be part of the
collaboration in expanding early education. The municipality of Lipjan has done
a lot in this direction and we know that you have a strong commitment. In
Kosovo, there is a general commitment to early education and we are happy about
the cooperation between the Municipality and UNICEF in this direction",
she said.
