The EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, stated today that Albania has delivered tangible and sustainable reforms, especially in the judicial reform and the structures against corruption and organized crime. Whereas, in the part of the progress report for Serbia, he says that Serbia’s progress on the rule of law and the normalization of relations with Kosovo is essential.
