US and Italian doctors are operating on children who have congenital heart problems

A team of cardiac surgeons from the United States of America and Italy are staying in Prishtina these days and, together with cardiac surgeons from the University Clinical Center of Kosovo, are operating on children with congenital heart malformations. During their one-week stay in Kosovo, these doctors will perform 31 interventions, of which 11 surgeries and 20 interventions with cardiac catheterization.
