Two people have lost their lives as a result of an incident that occurred at a construction site on “Bardhyl Qaushi” Street in Gjakova.
Vlera Krasniqi from the Regional Directorate of Police in Gjakova provided details regarding the tragic accident.
“On July 20, 2025, at around 08:15, we received information that two adult male individuals were receiving medical treatment at the Emergency Department in Gjakova, allegedly due to injuries sustained at a workplace on ‘Bardhyl Qaushi’ Street in Gjakova. Their deaths were later confirmed,” she told KosovaPress.
Relevant police units immediately arrived at the scene and are undertaking investigative actions in order to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
