Unknown persons have placed today in the vehicles with Serbian license plates in the north of Mitrovica threatening letters with offensive content for all those who get equipped with RKS license plates.
Through these letters, someone warns the citizens of the north that if they are provided with Kosovo license plates, their mothers will suffer.
