Faton Fetahu, lawyer of the PDK candidate for mayor of Elez Han, Mehmet Ballazhi, has confirmed that the Supreme Court has annulled the ECAP decision for the new elections in this municipality which was won without a runoff by Mehmet Ballazhi. Fetahu wrote on his Facebook page that justice has been served.
