The process of holding snap elections on February 14, will start tomorrow, the Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced this, while it will approve the operational plan.
The CEC has announced that from tomorrow until January 16, the parties can submit the applications for certification, and the certification by the CEC will take place until January 21.
