The parliamentary session of the Assembly of Kosovo is being prevented from conducting its plenary proceedings by PDK and AAK MPs.
At the moment when the VV MP, Arbëresha Kryeziu took the floor, her speech in the rostrum was blocked by the chairman of the parliamentary group of PDK, Abelard Tahiri.
