The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Ariana Musliu-Shoshi, said that the non-consideration of Kosovo’s application on the agenda of today’s meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is a result of dormant diplomacy.

According to her, this means not starting formal procedures for discussion and voting on Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe…
