The Basic Court in Prizren, Department of Serious Crimes sentenced the accused I.H. to 15 years in prison, due to the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of another person.
Defendant I.H. on 31.05.2019, around 17:30, had beaten his wife H.D. at the exit of Samadrexha village, causing physical injuries as a result of which she had died at the UCCK in Prishtina, on 15.06.2019.
