The Defence of former president Hashim Thaçi has submitted their justification regarding the request for unique investigative opportunities for eight diplomats. In his Defence motion, the lawyer said that the eight witnesses are of advanced age and of varying degrees of health, for which they have estimated that receiving their testimony as soon as possible is extremely important.
