The largest polling station in Gjilan, “Thimi Mitko” school, has been opened. The number of persons entitled to vote in the municipality of Gjilan is over 100 thousand. There are 34 polling stations, while the number of polling stations is 126. The number of seats for the municipal assembly is 35.
In all municipalities, 1 million 885 thousand 448 citizens have the right to vote. The candidates for mayor of this municipality are: Lutfi Haziri from LDK, Alban Hyseni from LVV, Leonora Morina-Bunjaku from PDK, Nazim Gagica from AAK and two independent candidates-Lulzim Behxheti and Gani Neziri.
