Three sessions of the Kosovo Assembly have failed to be held this week due to a lack of quorum. The MPs did not even participate in the extraordinary session called to vote on the Draft Law on Economic Recovery in the second reading, where, only 31 MPs were in the hall at the time when it was supposed to vote, which consequently failed to be approved for the second time.
The lack of a quorum in the voting process follows this legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo, which has influenced to remain unfinished points, since August. Draft laws and resolutions from various interpellations of the Prime Minister failed to be put to the vote at all, due to lack of quorum.
