The global crisis and rising electricity prices raise the need for a Kosovo-Albania energy union to ensure sustainable supply, competition and favorable prices for household customers. This is what Dardan Abazi from the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP) said today during the presentation of the paper on “Kosovo-Albania Energy Union – Challenges and Opportunities”.
Abazi considers that in response to the crisis and market development in general, it is imperative that the institutions of both countries immediately begin to accelerate the steps towards the Kosovo-Albania energy union.
