In order to avoid the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, the Assembly failed to secure 2/3 of the votes for the review of the Draft Law on Elections in an accelerated procedure.
The Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca, said that according to the procedures, it is foreseen that the Draft Law on Elections will take the path of ordinary review in the Assembly.
