The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajčák, after yesterday’s meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, said that Kosovo can change its Constitution for the Association.

However, the former Kosovo Chief Negotiator Edita Tahiri, reacted to this statement.
