In the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office is giving the closing statement in the court case against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj. According to the prosecution, witness intimidation and obstruction of justice have influenced investigations and trials of KLA members for 20 years. The SPO has stated that the accused are not above the law and according to them this office has presented sufficient evidence to prove their guilt.
