The Social Democratic Initiative has shown confidence in Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti for dialogue with Serbia. Even though Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister, Albulena Balaj-Halimaj was not part of the recent head to head meeting with the President Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, she believes in the preliminary principles for dialogue between the governing partners.
