The Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and Oversight of Anti-Corruption Agency in today’s meeting has tackled the mandate of the MP, Etem Arifi.
The chairman of this committee, Driton Selmanaj, said that they have demanded that the law which foresees the loss of the mandate when an MP is sentenced to imprisonment be respected.
