The embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the EU Office have welcomed tonight’s decision by the institutions to postpone the elections in the north.
President Vjosa Osmani, after the end of the consultations with the political parties and the full consensus that came out of this meeting, tonight has set April 23, 2023, a new date for the holding of snap elections for mayors of municipalities: North Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Leposavic and Zveçan and for the municipal assemblies of Zveçan and Leposavic.
