The director of the “KIPRED” Institute, Lulzim Peci, has congratulated the Municipality of Prishtina for decorating the city with the colors of the Ukrainian flag on the eve of the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion.
Peci said that this is support for freedom against tyranny and slavery.
“I congratulate the Municipality of Prishtina for decorating the city with the colors of the Ukrainian flag on the anniversary of Russia’s aggression! Solidarity with Ukraine today is support for the idea of freedom against tyranny and slavery!”, wrote Peci on Facebook.
