The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on President’s Day, together with her team paid homage to the statue of the historic president, Ibrahim Rugova.

On his day, set by him, as a sign of remembrance and perpetuation of the first democratic elections in the proclaimed Republic of Kosovo, on May 24, 1992, we honored President Rugova for his vision, recalled the greatness of his work and we re-emphasized its weight in our political life. This day is dedicated to him! Congratulations, President!”, The President emphasized in memory of this day.
On President’s Day, Osmani will pay a visit to the family of President Ibrahim Rugova in the afternoon.
