The Central Election Commission has started publishing the preliminary results for the second round of local elections.
According to these results in Kamenica, when about 30 percent of the votes have been counted, the LVV candidate, Kadri Rahimaj, leads with about 58 percent of the votes, against the current mayor Qëndron Kastrati, with about 42 percent of the votes.
