The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has emphasized that the starting point for the Association’s statute should be the Constitution of Kosovo and not proposals from Serbia that aim to create a Serbian Republic in Kosovo.
In an interview for the “Atlantic Council” in Washington of the United States of America, Osmani called for the dialogue process not to fall into the trap of the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, whom he also called an autocrat.
