The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, stated today that the appetites for instability and tension are increasing from the autocrats and their satellites. In spite of these challenges, she emphasized that the efforts for sustainable advancement of democracy are continuing. After the meeting with the administrator of the American Agency for International Development, Samantha Power, President Osmani said that so far USAID has invested over 1 billion dollars in the Republic of Kosovo. Meanwhile, Power stated that the normalization of relations with Serbia was also discussed in today’s meeting, in which case she said that the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority would also help.
President Vjosa Osmani said that Kosovo and its people will always be grateful for the contribution of the American people.
