The Italian Ambassador to our country, Nicola Orlando, congratulated on the occasion of the Republic Day that Italy marks today. On June 2, 1946, through a referendum, the Italians voted to return Italy from the monarchy to the Republic. Every year on this date the day of the nation is celebrated.
Orlando says Italy and Kosovo have strengthened their historic friendship and are breathing more freely this year due to the relief of the situation with COVID, despite the fact that the pandemic has not been completely defeated.
