The Octopus Institute says it has information that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has ordered the vice president of the Serbian List, once sanctioned by the United States of America and Great Britain, Milan Radoicic to start the rebellion of the Serbs in the northern municipalities of Kosovo.
The director of this institute for hybrid war studies, Agim Musliu, wrote on social networks that Vucic wants to draw attention from an article in the “New York Times”, where his connections with Serbian-Russian criminals are highlighted.
