The Ministry of Regional Development (MRD) has reacted to the accusations of the Democratic Party of Kosovo that Minister Fikrim Damka is involved in the misuse of the state budget.
PDK today has requested investigations on a memorandum of cooperation between the MRD and the Swiss Caritas which is considered a suspicious and illegal affair, where according to this opposition party, 1 million 40 thousand euros of taxpayers have been misused.
In the reaction, the Ministry of Regional Development says that the accusations of PDK do not stand, as the support of youth in schools, reintegration of repatriates and cooperation with the diaspora have been the main goals of this memorandum of cooperation and as such are not abuses, but opportunities for citizen support…
