Former Deputy Ministers, Engelbert Zefaj and Qazim Rrahmani, today have handed over the office to the new Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku.

Minister Çeku expressed his gratitude for the good work that has been done in the ministry.
