The Basic Court in Ferizaj today sentenced Dardan Krivaqa to life imprisonment, while Arbër Sejdiu to 15 years in prison, in the retrial for the murder of Marigona Osmani, on August 21, 2021 in the accused’s apartment, Krivaqa.
The chairman of the judging panel, Sahit Krasniqi, while pronouncing the sentence for this crime, said that the time in custody will be calculated for the same ones from August 22, 2021, which will be executed after the finality of this verdict.
The chairman of the court Sahit Krasniqi has shown many details about the murder of Marigona Osmani.
Against this verdict, the parties have the right to appeal within 30 days from the day of receipt of the verdict in written form. The appeal is addressed to the Court of Appeal in Pristina, through the Basic Court of Ferizaj.
Otherwise, on August 4, 2023, the Basic Court of Ferizaj sentenced Dardan Krivaqa to life imprisonment for the murder of Marigona Osmani, while the other accused, Arbër Sejdiu, was sentenced to 15 years for helping to commit the crime of “serious murder”.
