The increase in the number of cases with Covid-19, has led to the consideration of following the procedures for declaring a state of emergency by the Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti.
Although the decree in the Assembly is sent by the president of the country, the chief executive, at the last meeting of the Security Council, without the presence of Thaçi, warned of such a possibility.
