The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, while addressing the Community for Foreign Affairs in the European Parliament, presented the four steps for the resumption of the dialogue with Serbia.
The head of the executive said in Brussels that the dialogue should be fair and equal in relation to the Serbian side.
