The Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, has said that the full establishment of the rule of law in the four municipalities in the north of Kosovo is necessary for “an open and fair campaign before free and democratic elections in the future”. He received the French ambassador, Olivier Guerot, and the German deputy ambassador, Matthias Conrad, at the meeting.
