The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), chaired by Skender Çoçaj, held an extraordinary online meeting, the President of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Aferdita Bytyçi, spoke about the indictment against the judge of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Leke Prenaj, for the criminal offense, abuse of official position and legalization of false content.
