The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, said that he has allowed the elections to be held in the North of Kosovo, as has happened before through the OSCE.
He made these comments during his visit to Peja, where he also spoke about the visit to Washington, where he said that they expect to resume the dialogue with Serbia.
