The candidate for Prime Minister from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bedri Hamza, has urged citizens to vote in today’s early elections, KosovaPress reports.
After voting in Mitrovica, he said he expects good results from today’s elections.
“I invite all citizens of Kosovo to vote according to their free beliefs and will. I am convinced that this will be a calm and good day, where citizens will vote in a democratic and peaceful manner. I expect good results. I hope everything goes well,” he said.
He emphasized that he will do his utmost to ensure Kosovo does not face an institutional vacuum.
“I will do my utmost to ensure that Kosovo has institutions as soon as possible and that there is no institutional vacuum, so the country can move forward,” he stressed.
Speaking about the progress of the electoral process, Hamza said that so far he has no information about any problems.
“So far, I have no information about any problems, and I hope there won’t be any… It is not good if problems occur. It could be concerning, but I do not want to prejudge,” he added.
