The Mayor of Rahovec, Smajl Latifi, said that the situation of farmers in the municipality he leads is difficult, while the support from the Ministry of Agriculture, in addition to being small, it is also delayed.
Latifi has asked this Ministry to distribute the second part of subsidies, which farmers have not yet received since last year.
