The Deputy Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Hysen Durmishi has sent a file to the Special Prosecution, where it is alleged that they have identified corruption. Durmishi said that this is a tender for the maintenance of bridges, on regional roads in Kosovo.
After handing over this file, he told the media that this contract is about high corruption, and that it was signed at the time when Pal Lekaj was minister.
