The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Joseph Borrell, has stated that the dialogue between the representatives of Kosovo and Serbia will not be easy, but should continue.
In a statement to the media, given a few moments ago, Borrell said that the dialogue should continue without delay and should bring clear results. Therefore, he encouraged both parties to continue their engagement in this process.
