Officials from Kosovo and Serbia stressed that they give the highest priority to European integration and dialogue, says the chief diplomat of the European Union.

EU Foreign Minister, Josep Borrell, says that some parts of the document, signed by representatives of Kosovo and Serbia, on September 4, in Washington, ‘are based on previous commitments made by both sides in the dialogue’ and can provide a ‘useful contribution’ to reaching a comprehensive, legally binding agreement”.
