The commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) is the son of Rifat Jashari. Bashkim Jashari today was appointed the new commander of the KSF by the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani. The immediate reaction to his appointment was the reaction of Bekim Jashari, the son of Bashkim’s uncle.
Jashari wrote that Bashkim, that was by Adem, Hamëz and Shaban Jashari’s side during the war, will continue on its path in peace, contributing to the strengthening of the army and its integration into international mechanisms.
