The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan has filed an indictment against Rinor Hykolli and Sh. Xh because on July 22 at the disco “Stop” in Gjilan they had beaten a person.
According to the indictment, R.H. intentionally and with the use of force, due to an earlier dispute, caused bodily injury to the injured L.B., hitting him with the handle of a revolver in the back of the head. He then punched him in the head and various parts of his body, causing severe bodily injuries, for which he sought medical treatment.
