From now on, the political party previously known as Aleanca për Ardhmërinë e Kosovës (the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo) will officially carry a new name and will now be called simply “Aleanca” (“The Alliance”).
This decision was taken during the party’s 10th Electoral Convention, as reported by KosovaPress.
During the same convention, Ardian Gjini was elected as the new party leader.
Meanwhile, the former long-time leader, Ramush Haradinaj, was named honorary chairman.
