The acting Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Besian Mustafa, on Thursday signed an agreement for co-financing the project “Construction and rehabilitation of irrigation systems in Kosovo”, with the mayor of Peja, Vitia and Vushtrria.
Acting Minister Mustafa said that the Master Plan for irrigation of agricultural lands is worth 600 million euros and will be implemented in the next 10-12 years to put under irrigation another 70 thousand hectares of agricultural land throughout the country.
