During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and in private laboratories, with the RT-PCR method were tested a total of 634 samples taken from the HUCSK and the tracking of case contacts in the field, 63 of whom tested positive. Within 24 hours, 3 deaths were reported with SARS CoV-2 positive (1 case from Infectious Diseases Clinic, 1 case from Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Vushtrri, and 1 case from Central Intensive Care).
The total number of positive cases is 15,002 cases out of 61,547 people suspected of having the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 614 death cases.
