Kosovo Police has appealed for increased caution, adaptation of speed to weather conditions, road conditions, and slowing down movement on icy roads.
This appeal was made by the police based on the current situation where, in addition to floods that are present in some places, the Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo, forecasted a cold weather in our country.
