The Ministry of Health has clarified that citizens who come to Kosovo and who have a residence in Kosovo do not need a negative PCR test when entering our country.
According to the ministry, this test is required for those who do not live in Kosovo and who come from countries with “high risk”, according to the classification made by the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
